About McDonald Drones

Chris McDonald

With an interest in technology and art, photography has become a deep passion of mine.  Since the time when I first purchased my drone, I have brought it everywhere, taking hundreds of photographs and improving my skills as an aerial photographer.  Wanting to share my talents, I have pursued my passion, complying with the FAA regulations to become a fully licensed commercial drone pilot.

I am a student a the University of Rochester, studying to be a Mechanical Engineer with a minor in business.  As an Air Force "brat," I have moved all over the country, and enjoy travelling.  I was also heavily invested in my Boy Scout Troop, becoming elected as the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and achieving the rank of Life Scout. When school is not in session, I return to my hometown of Westford, Massachusetts.  New York or Massachusetts, you'll find me flying my drone for fun or for business.
